Invited to speak at the 8th State-of-the-Art Reviews in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine
Research4Babies has been invited to speak at the 8th State-of-the-Art Reviews in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine
What is the 8th State-of-the-Art Reviews in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine?
OVERVIEW
We invite you to the 8th State-of-the-Art Reviews in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine. Over four afternoon sessions, this conference will provide a comprehensive overview of several cutting edge topics in Neonatology. World renowned speakers will provide attendees with state-of-the-art knowledge in several areas related to innovations in fetal and neonatal surgery, neonatal hemodynamics and delivery room management, adult complications of preterm birth and strategies to prevent chronic lung disease and lung injury in neonates.
This program will also be of value for physicians who are preparing for board certification or a maintenance of certification assessment in General Pediatrics and Neonatal Perinatal Medicine boards.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
This activity is designed for neonatologists, pediatricians, neonatal nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, residents, fellows, students, and other professionals interested in neonatal-perinatal medicine.
By participating you will be able to:
Improve awareness of recent advances in pediatric and cardiovascular vascular surgery that are improving neonatal outcomes.
Provide an overview of the current types of fetal interventions and to learn about the criteria for applying these techniques.
Recognize complications of prematurity affecting adult population
Identify management and preventive strategies for adult complication of prematurity.
Identify the outcomes associated with the use of Bubble CPAP and provide expert solutions to technical challenges in the circuit or set up.
Discuss the reproducibility, compliance, and reliability check of Bubble CPAP. Describe best strategies for implementation of Bubble CPAP into medical practice.
Illustrate the physiologic changes at birth of newborn infants in the delivery room, the rationale for necessary interventions for managing neonates, such as umbilical cord clamping and administering necessary medications during resuscitation.
Highlight the specialized management and interventions required for at-risk neonates, such as those with preterm birth, elucidating the interventions such as respiratory support, oxygen delivery, and monitoring needed for optimizing outcomes in these cases.
